Invoicing:-

Upon price quote approval, we create invoice(s) for our customers to process the payment. Our final invoice will contain taxes and shipping charges, and there will be no extra hidden costs. The price(s) on the invoices are only valid for 7 days from the date of issuance. All invoices should be paid in full to confirm the order.

Payment Terms:-

Bank account transfers or cash deposits to our bank accounts with invoice numbers as references are accepted. Orders will only be processed once Cheque, Cash, or bank transfer funds are fully accessible by Pro Packaging Boxes.

For added convenience, we also provide PayPal as an alternative payment option to our customers to process the invoice payment. Please note that every payment made through PayPal or credit card is subjected to an additional 3%-5% charge on top of the invoice amount.

Since all of our orders are personalised and made to order, and have no resale value, customers cannot ask for refunds from banks, PayPal, or other financial institutions once the order has been approved for production.

Approving Digital Proofs & Physical Samples

All sales are final, as all of our manufactured products are custom made and therefore, have No Resale Value. We always provide print-ready digital proofs to our customers to review and approve for printing and production. No order is processed or forwarded for production without getting prior approval from the customer. Therefore, CAREFULLY REVIEW EVERY DETAIL OF THE DIGITAL PROOF before making payments and approving your order for manufacturing. Once the digital proof is approved by the customer via email or chat, Pro Packaging Boxes is not responsible for any unnotified mistakes or errors in the approved design files including misspellings, date, or colour variations. The digital proof colours may vary with actual manufactured product due to digital screens and human eye colour variations.

Pro Packaging Boxes also provide material sampling to its customers to review before approving an order for production. We also produce custom made prototype samples for customers who require a prototype sampling before placing a mass production order. The cost of prototype production is determined depending upon the product type, materials, size and other such specifications. Every prototype sampling project is treated as an individual order.

We do not send boxes or packaging items from previous orders as physical samples to anyone.

Shipping of Orders:-

Pro Packaging Boxes do not offer next-day delivery. The majority of orders are dispatched in 10-12 business days within the UK. Our standard shipping charges only apply to customers within the United Kingdom. For all Channel Islands, as well as other countries inside Europe and outside, please contact a sales representative in advance.

We understand that order shipments are important, but they may be delayed or damaged owing to weather or other circumstances. We always provide our customers with the tracking details of their parcels. Therefore, if you find any problem with your order after it has been dispatched, please contact our shipping provider directly (DHL, FedEx, or Royal Mail).

Upon placing an order with Pro Packaging Boxes, the customer acknowledges that when the orders are dispatched with the carrier, ownership passes to the customer. This implies that you (the customer/purchaser/buyer) will be responsible for any loss, damage, or title of such objects until they reach you (customer/purchaser/buyer). Pro Packaging Boxes will not accept any claim or responsibility. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to check items, and apply for claims/mishandling to the carrier.

Policy for Accepting Shipments:-

To protect yourself from liability, do not sign the delivery receipt until the shipment has been thoroughly examined. If there is any visible damage to the goods, please refuse them. We cannot assist you in submitting a claim for any damage or missing items discovered after you sign the delivery receipt. Your orders for custom packaging boxes can be delivered from any one of our warehouses across the globe, such as New York, Lahore, Sydney, or London offices. This is determined by your order’s quantity, urgency, and nature of your order. If for any reasons your parcel incur any custom or duty charges please pay directly to our shipping agent as soon as possible to avoid delays. Kindly share your receipt for the Duty and Customs payment, so it can be reimbursed by us.

Returns and Refund Policy:-

An order can not be cancelled once the production process has started. In some cases, a refund may be extended to the customer if no work has been done by Pro Packaging Boxes on that order. Kindly note that such refund would be adjusted to cover a minimum cancellation charges of 25% per job.

Pro Packaging Boxes cannot be held responsible for damage to its products due to unforeseen or uncontrollable weather circumstances and also by the shipping company. All complaints must be registered within 3 days of receipt of your final order. Please note in most cases minimum of 14 working days will be required to investigate claim. In addition, 7 working days will be required to process the refund. Photographic references will mostly be required to conclude the complaint. It is the responsibility of the customer to return the rejected or unacceptable pieces to our designated warehouse at their own expense. We will not accept any refund or return claim if the item is modified, tempered, or not returned. All returned items must be in original packaging and in full quantity. If some quantities were utilised then we bear no responsibility and return claim can not be submitted.

Pro Packaging Boxes will put all quality standards in place to deliver the product with same colour, material, artwork and other nomenclature, However in all circumstances we can not guarantee delivery of exact product due to nature of manufacturing process on all custom orders. It is the responsibility of customer to keep enough time before deadlines in case a replacement of product is required due to unforseen circumstances.

Return Policy for Samples for Review:-

All samples sent to Pro Packaging Boxes for artwork and product review will be held in storage for 7 working days before disposal ( 3 days for fresh food and flammable items) . It is the responsibility of customer to send special delivery return envelopes/boxes with the samples along with recipient name and address. There is an additional handling charge of £15 to return samples. If customer wants to use our postage service kindly inform customer support staff in advance.

Our maximum sampling quantity is up to 10 pieces. Customer has to pay sampling charges which covers but not limited to printing, production, packaging and shipment charges. Our team will decide the quantity to be sent which depends on setup cost and package size.
